Everything needs to change in TA
Management needs to improve in all aspects
Several types of work environments exist within the company, but the employees are always mismatched with the environment that would give them the chance to be the most successful. The firm has also recently been cramming 4 or more employees into 1 tiny office. We don't want to be sardines.
Review from Engineering Dept
Clusters of great people but culture needs to evolve to be more open and hones to help cultivate more creative collaborations.

Review from Operations Dept
Better advancement opportunities, less good old boy nepotism.
Review from Operations Dept
Instead of focusing on the bottom line and the extreme executive compensation and related benefits, attention to the staff's compensation, benefits and career paths would increase motivation.
Review from Operations Dept
Better leadership and guidance. Focus back on the employee instead of always just looking at profits.
