Leadership is looking for ways to elevate their team. If you can demonstrate value, there's endless opportunity to grow in the business development itself.
Opportunities to work independently and remote.
Only my immediate manager has a heart and compassion-above him it's dog eat dog
Attenpting to increase communication, but not slways good at it
I'm trusted and empowered to guide the majority of work completed in fulfilling the client's needs
Open communication channels within the team and to staff

They understand their employees are human. They treat others with respect and dignity. Overall just good people.
Sharing information with the whole company seems to be important. When the company gets a lot of important feedback on a topic, they take action. Good to see this.
Review from IT Dept
They seem easily accessible when needed
Very helpful and understanding. Couldn't have asked for a better team
They seem to listen to the employees .. there was some plan to change how all employees were paid and a bunch of people were upset and instead of forcing it down everyone’s throats they paused it to listen to the employees and see how / if it could be improved … they c

Collaboration and consistency with all staff.
communications is critical to understand how you fit in the company. Here very little communications from leadership.
Listen to feedback from client-facing junior staff as they are the boots on the ground delivering services.
Encouraging team to be self starting and arming them with skills and process to do so.
Leading by example. It's not that difficult.
Caring about their people. Awful!
There are two classes of employees at Booz, those who face clients and those who are 'staff'. Staff have good job security, client facing consultants are always in fear of a 'lack of work' letter.
Leading, managing, working, taking care of their people
Giving experienced hires meaningful work experiences.
More pay and benefits for employees.

Stop double standards, and assist people in improving and developing skills for both the firm and the person.
Review from IT Dept
Unqualified. Relashionship based. Old school consulting. Lack of true listening. Bandate solutions. Not willing to truly address the underlying cause for high retention. Trying to cover the reputation gap by forcing their core values down everyone’s throat.
Review from Marketing Dept
Truth, trust, transparency, making the hard calls.
Review from Executive Dept
Not driven by employee nweds
Review from Engineering Dept
Leadership seems to care more about CYA then the overall health of the company and it's employees. Then there's the whole "spying on American citizens" thing. Overall a poor company that exists only to vacuum up every and all govt contracts. One that never gets punished for unethical behavior.
Review from Engineering Dept
Taking care of people with raises and recognition
Review from Executive Dept
The left hand clearly does not talk to the right hand
Review from IT Dept
learn basic leadership skills and apply them without fear and timidity
Review from Operations Dept
Cutting back the billable rate to pay staff more, cutting the SIG who are a moonshot at best and a waste of our hard earned dollars, and treating people on client site as the most important resource to the firm as we are the ones who make the money.
Keep all of your team engaged, to include those located outside the corporate office.
