Near universal concern for the client's mission. Focus is not on "8-hours a day and leave." It's more about "does the client have what they need to be prepared for tomorrow?" If so, then the job is done for today.

Stop meeting just to meet!
only one meeting in 6 months... that was because of a document needed completed by members. No direction or mentorship provided.
Complete waste of time. No one cares
No one likes excessive meetings

Short sighted, tactics without planing. Mid-managers asign tasks arbitrarily, without considering which team members are best suited for the work. No vision.

Overall admin team meetings are a waste of time that can be replaced with emails. Even some admin team emails are repetitive of what the firm has already sent out. With this level of repetition, simple facts are still failed to be communicated.
