That it was a conveesation and not a grilling
Well executed interview process and would recommend to others
It was very low stress and any questions or comments were articulated in a manner that was easily understood. Because of this, I was able to give detailed answers as I understood what was being asked of me.
No unnecessary "leetcode" type algorithmic challenges - question were directly relevant to the experience required for the position.
Seemed to connect with the right manager in the interview that understands my skills and how they could fit. Not bounced around through screening. Direct and to the point.

No hoops to jump through or artificial difficulty. All questions asked were relevant to the work that I did and mostly about culture fit

I was a incumbent, so my interview was different than a standard interview. However, it was a very pleasant and positive experience. They chose to get to know me questions and I enjoyed that.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Provide training to all interviwers
Do multi-person interviews rather than multiple ones with different people on different days
Get ready to wait for 3 interviews of varying difficulty. Usually with a week or two in between. It took me over a month to complete the process.
