They need to understand the times we are living in and understand what their employees actually need and want. they need to do a better job of seeing where we are coming from and stop having the mindset Insight Global had 5+ years ago

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not paid equally as others in the same position with same job title

Other manager roles at competitive firms have a higher base. If you want to keep us here long term it needs to be competitive with a management role at our competitors as well. It seems like we are making it harder and harder to hit bonuses when that is what makes this job feel paid fairly.

SMs are underpaid for deals that are executed. There should be commissions or spot bonuses paid for advanced service awards-our base has also been the same for the past 7+ years. we've added new leadership roles like DPM the base starts at 100K only 15K lower than SMs and dont have direct reports.

it can be really cliquey and I do feel frustrated when people mess around and don't take the work as seriously as I do

Being happy for the success of another, even if you have not seen success yourself. It's never going to be an even playing field and people need to realize that. They should be happy for the success of others and not hinder them. They could also ask for advice or seek help if they would like to grow
