Improve diversity and inclusivity. Banish gender norms in the office (ex. girls had to wear heels everyday). Promote a work-life balance.

It's a family and the vast reason I've worked here as long as I have. You get out with what you put into it, but you do so with a "family safety net" around you at all times. People care here.
very family-oriented. It's uncommon for us to go 2-3 nights without going to happy hour, sporting event, or just a hangout movie night together.

What is the onboarding process like at Insight Global and how long does it last?
For internal as soon as they are hired and can start. With clients 24/48 hours or until paperwork is processed and background is compete
Internally it can take one day, maybe less. To be put on site at a client it may be the same. Depending on what client a contractor is at, if it is a national account it can take two weeks but most have a turn around rate of 1-2 days.
Does Insight Global drug test or do a background check?
Yes absolutely
They do a background check but do not drug test. If you are a contractor under IG, both a background check and a drug test may be required based on end client.
How secure do you feel at your job at Insight Global?
Not at all. If you don’t go into sales they run you off
Very. This company has been built by promoting from within. We need our employees.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Insight Global?
Difficult due to the fact that you are working minimum 50 hours per week and often have mandatory client or team-building happy hours. Every week I generally had 1-2 nights that I could spend with my significant other/friends. I often had to give up weekends as well for various trips/trainings that I was not compensated for.

No work-life balance. Over-worked,underpaid.
As a professional working for Insight Global for 10 years, I do not feel undervalued. I feel challenged, appreciated, and cared about. It's a tough industry to be successful in and IG has found a way to lead a proven track record of success by hiring motivated professionals who care for one another, let alone their own careers. I feel extremely valued and have been for years.
