How are layoffs handled in the HR department at Robert Half?
Lays off are not all based on performance. Especially the conversation are not all about that. So much does go into it. They could do better. Coaching should be offered not just expecting.
There aren’t lay offs, it’s all about performance . If you don’t perform they let you go. But there are many conversations before that happens and it’s done privately
What's the work from home policy like at Robert Half?
You have the flexibility to sometimes work from home when needed
I don’t know the work from home policy. I know that you can work remotely if necessary. I’ve done it a couple of times when I can’t make it to work but don’t want to use CTO. I love working remotely, I think it’s a huge plus, and one of the reasons I love the company. It gives employees options to work without calling off and gives them flexibility and options .
