Clear direction is lacking as the company moves from a staffing organization to a services organization. Culture is good and can be a good fit for a young person looking to grow out of college.
It has changed through the years to become less about growth and performance and more about service up to the leaders above.

What's the company culture like at TEKsystems?
Self centered, do not worry about their employees
They are a contracting firm … they make money by placing contractors. In my experience, if you are not making them money - you are not a high priority.
Very much stuck in the 90's. Lack flexibility and not open to new ideas or methods. Before I left things seemed to be loosening up quite a bit. New CEO seems like he has a better understanding of his workforce.

my first gig is was good, currently it is non existent.
You have to ask for feedback which ultimately comes from the vendor you are assigned.

Communication is the main area where TEKsystems needs to improve, and provide better support to the employees working with them.

they are followers - they will find a skillset if needed, but do not seek current resources to fill specialized positions.

they try to find you another job, but in my opinion are not real good at selling resources that have worked for them to other firms.
