I used to be the smartest person in the room at my previous jobs. Here that's no longer the case and that's a good thing. I've never met so many intelligent and focused people in my life that also love to have a good time and aren't socially awkward. Great people, great company. That because we're consultants it's hard to get to know your colleagues since we're always at the client site. So be sure to put in an extra effort to get to know your colleagues even if you work at different projects, etc. Participate in as many social events you can manage.

Be interesting. Be able to have a conversation with both colleagues, clients, and superiors. Be genuine and have a personality.
