It's hard to say since I work mostly remote but I will say Slalom values diversity and is it not afraid to award whoever measures up, a woman or person of color, and we're a very transparent company, so we talk about diversity all the time. We have a Women's Leadership Network group and a LGBTQ group.
What’s the typical comp structure in biz dev?
base salary + commissions. I don't know specifically at Slalom but commissions can be as high as 5% in BI consulting.
