How employees describe working at Apex Systems
Need to specify, maybe internal employees get PTO, vacation, holidays and decent insurance. The majority of employees are temps, or long time contractors who will qualify for really bad healthcare after 1 -2 years, but no PTO/vacation/holidays.
Always the best as well
It is a great place to work it has life/work balance, you learn all days, you can follow your own growth path and benefits are great also.

The unlimited PTO that activates after 1yr of working at Apex. Plus health insurance is so good, many of my doctors are surprised.

Interview process was extremely thorough, with standard questions regarding business acumen, management situations and financial analysis, but also several very personal interviews where the goal was obviously to judge my character and fit with the rest of the executive team

How to communicate the risk profile of certain activities -- there were times that I knew we were headed down the wrong path, but lacked the data needed to convince others
