Flexible PTO policy and work from home policy!
The unlimited PTO that activates after 1yr of working at Apex. Plus health insurance is so good, many of my doctors are surprised.
The pay is decent for the work that we do

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
get PTO and holiday pay for employees who are left as indefinite/long term contractors who the client doesn't plan to hire ever.
Job description states paid holidays and sick pay. You receive only pto and are expected to use it for vacation, sick time, and holidays. I recommend changing your description instead of misleading people.

I wear too many hats to be getting paid as little as I do, not to mention the importance of what I do as well. Not saying I should be getting a million bucks a year or something crazy, but $63k isn't enough.
