Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I discovered that others in similar roles, either within the company or at other organizations, are earning more, it lead me feeling of being undervalued. In addition, the salary increases do not keep pace with the rising cost of living. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable standard of living.

As a temp, you are given insurance, but the bare minimum. Technically, you can be paid for vacations, but it is very difficult to get.

Earning the same as white counterparts, more transparency in the pay,

No raises, no opportunity for discussion for comp

Actually receiving benefits. Negotiating market rate pay for contractors vs. market rate pay for contractors then RH takes off the top making it not market rate.

We all care about each other.

Everyone is busy as they work together and work hard to get the job done. But, at the same time, you can expect others to check in with you to see if they can assist you in any way. You can also reach out and have multiple co-workers ready to help you or teach you, without question or hesitation.

stop putting people in seats who are high performers but have no leadership experience, stop promoting mostly white men, or even mostly men, more WFH, more trust

The work flexibility and PTO allowance

Being recognized for my contributions and being compensated accordingly. As a temp, Robert Half earns a healthy commission off of my work, but pockets a large portion of it.

There are too many white unqualified people in position they don't need to be

i doubt it can be improved. they are a fake company selling time

The sentiment for doing a good job is harrassing candidates and clients so that you don't get fired.
