Changes arent completely necessary, but culturally some people no longer fit
An HR that actually cares and checks in
stop putting people in seats who are high performers but have no leadership experience, stop promoting mostly white men, or even mostly men, more WFH, more trust
The amount of money distributed
Dismantle the company as they have not clue.
