Everyone is busy as they work together and work hard to get the job done. But, at the same time, you can expect others to check in with you to see if they can assist you in any way. You can also reach out and have multiple co-workers ready to help you or teach you, without question or hesitation.

I like the fact that we all work together, putting aside our differences in an effort to get the job done. This is most seen when there are 3 or 4 of us and we have to work on HUGE projects like filing and scanning.
