Leaders should actively listen to their employees, seeking to understand their concerns, ideas, and feedback. Leaders should ensure their teams have the resources, tools, and training they need to succeed. Acknowledging and appreciating employees' contributions boosts morale.
I discovered that others in similar roles, either within the company or at other organizations, are earning more, it lead me feeling of being undervalued. In addition, the salary increases do not keep pace with the rising cost of living. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable standard of living.
