As a talent employee, I think the pay and benefits are good. Support is good in my experience. I wish there was PTO, and not just sick time allowed. It seems to depend on your client situation. That can be a problem at times.

  • Aquent purchased my company just as the most recent recession struck. Aquent treats employees like partners and grown-ups. I think their culture was very innovative for the time. I have no reason to think that has changed and certainly on GlassDoor people who work with them would agree with me. I think it is a great company with great leadership. Innovation is part of their DNA. If they don't innovate to keep up with the needs of their clients, they would cease to exist. I met some very smart, dedicated people there.

    No. It's never cohesive, the team is constantly turning over, management Is pushing many initiatives at once and it's usually not very creative anymore.
