What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training recruiters and benefits staff to respond. Offering competitive compensation over stagnant wages. Encouraging honesty. Overseeing recruiters who resort to ageism.
Focus on initiatives need to be spaced out. We often have multiple initiatives active across the organization which does not allow you to perfect any one initiative.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wage is good and the benefits are good.
By far, the best benefits available. Exhibits the progressive values of the company/

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The positions I've been offered are the same rate they were 7 years ago. Benefits are substandard and the benefits team is rude and unresponsive. Once a contract is completed, recruiters ignore you and reach out to newer talent, even if the client was happy with your contribution.
Salaries were reduces by 30% across all sales/delivery people - made company very uncompetitive!
I would like the opportunity to grow within my existing company, however, that does not seem like a viable option for anyone in my position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Talented, insatiable, excellent service providers, committed, successful.
All very interested in our work

We are all very siloed and only focused on those we interact with directly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Forward thinking in most respects
Flexible - many opportunities for feedback.
I think the culture is great. I think they could be more transparent about upcoming initiatives a little sooner.
Constantly striving for improvement. Never staying still.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Strategic focus and understanding from leadership. There are no individual goals. All goals are team-oriented and do not take into consideration individual contributors.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was all done virtually but was very thorough.
Required a significant portfolio and substantial supporting evidence. Most other hires were pretty strong engineers.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Reverse the change back to the culture that made them successful
There is no opportunity for growth. This drives people to accept complacency. A majority of people go to work with the mindset that it's a job and a paycheck.
