Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation would be fair if the current implementation of performance Management was gone. The system prefers meeting makers over makers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings to discuss meetings to discuss meetings are scheduled. A typical day has meetings from 9am-5pm with NO breaks inbetween.

We work great togetjer, however A LOT of time is wasted in meetings that can be accomplished through emails.
