Culture. Too many people over performing without room to level up causing skewed calibrations. Top heavy leadership. Stop hiring failed Amazon execs.

If an employee meets the qualifications for a new position they have applied for, they may not be allowed to transfer due to not be allowed to skip more than 2 levels. For example, I am a Coordinator and cannot transfer to a Manager. I would have to quit and reapply as an external employee.

Allow Employees to make decisions to move faster vs competition. Need to create strong RACI models instead of slow group think.

Performance management should not be a favorites selection but rather based on individuals performance. Stop comparing employees to one another, if they are doing the job, pay them for it and promote them when applicable.

There is no diversity in leadership. It’s literally two years away from2020 and this is an American company who has never had any diverse leaders at the top during its entire existence.

completely out of touch - inconsistent on message and strategy. Constantly opening and closing job sites. Garbage place to work

Frankly, everything. They are a subprime credit card company trying to become a bank and failing miserably due to lack of experience. Every experienced senior leader they hire leaves due to the incompetence and inflexibility of the rest of the exec team.
