Experts are rare. People take ideas and present them in separate meetings. Diversity and inclusion are buzz word s but honestly this is the worst environment foe African Americans next to the VA.
Stop having so many and focus on results instead of focusing on appearances and politics.

A lot of young people at Capital One NYC office hence a lack of soft skills. There is also a lack of talent in many of the new hires and mentorship is non-existent to train them.
Meetings to discuss meetings to discuss meetings are scheduled. A typical day has meetings from 9am-5pm with NO breaks inbetween.
