What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Include the employees and allow development. Don't just talk about it, actually let us move on to the next best thing rather than making it so difficult for us to move on.

Performance Management style used needs to be updated to reflect today's industry best practices to ensure the reputation of Capital One does not become too negative as a place to work in.
