Leadership needs to be honest. If they don't have an answer to your question, say so. Stop "sugar coating" answers, help the moral of your employees in the worst of situations, fight for them and your team, as you are working as ONE.

Benefits are sub-par for a big company. 401K is good; health is OK but cost participation is high; pharmacy is a joke (no Walgreens); fringe benefits are non-existent (car discounts are ridiculous; you can always beat them yourself).

Departmental reorganizations that completely and totally rearrange an employee's home life need to be re-evaluated and reviewed. Your employees originally signed up for a job that fit their lifestyle OUTSIDE of work to be with their families. They work to live, NOT live to work.
