Communication, following up with disagreements, helping employees with simple questions. Being more understanding towards different personalities, montoring who they put as tram leaders and grouo leaders.
Powertrain Group was paid on performance using the Deming metrics to identify goal setting versus goal meeting. We were an outlier and jealousy at the Group Level ended the program. Hows about letting each profit center define its compensation program and compare the results, removes the emotion

Interviewing with multiple people in separate sessions made the interview personal. I have done interviews infront of a panel which does not feel personal.
