Review from Product Dept

They are consistent and seem to care about the job they are doing.

Their ability to take concerns we have about quality and safety seriously

Great values. Customer first, win with integrity

They treat you as if your opinion matters.

At all cost refram from lies to all employees and the public.

Flexibility with work place and hours

Review from Design Dept

Clear communication on expectations and pay

Ground breaking outlook of production

A lot of new projects, a lot of high priority tasks-- I think management is doing a good job and doing its best to cross all the T's and dot all the I's. There's a lot of work, but a lot of progress too and there's enough room to breathe.

Communication skills ,able to listen to concern

Review from Operations Dept

We all get along and he understand

It is okay I guess.

They worked well with team members

He explains things very well to me, and I love that!

Good team leader and group members

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treat salary the same as uaw

Review from Operations Dept

The boss made me do things I did not like to do

Everyone is just pretending to be productive to catch a paycheck

Communication, following up with disagreements, helping employees with simple questions. Being more understanding towards different personalities, montoring who they put as tram leaders and grouo leaders.

Recognition of skills and abilities

Just about everything you could think of for a large corporation.

Competency. Promotion on merit. Developing a skilled, respected Leadership team that talented people would aspire to be like.

Everything. How they speak to people, that we are "One Team" not low lifes. That we work for GM, not YOU we are not "YOUR" employees and when you blast things like that on your LI it does not feel like respect is at the forefront of your actions. Check your unearned ego at the door.

Management their time and people

Worker have a life and need job security

Take some basic classes on management.

Treatment to their employees. There's a few good ppl. Mostly by the time that upper management gets through with them they treat ppl like crap.

Communication respect to the lower ppl

Treating knowledgable hard working people respectfully. Only the laziest of people get opportunities ... Most likely because they can be used as an excuse for the incompetence of the leadership and human resource groups.

Review from Engineering Dept

Give fair opportunities to grow in the company and increase employees' loyalty level

Review from HR Dept

Commitment, continuity, fair wages, attention to details and a better budget for the equipment at the lower levels.

Review from Operations Dept

Ask what's wrong and ask how to fix it. Don't replace people with robots then have to prepare everything done by robots. Don't use outside contractors who are not experts. We have in most cases many years more experience. They have a none to a couple months most times.

Review from Operations Dept

Caring about their employees and their career goals.

Review from Engineering Dept

The managers are more concerned about nominal metrics instead of strategic decision making

Review from Engineering Dept

Communication and being held accountable.
