Value perfomance and good leadership

One team and even if half of the members are onsite

We're forced to conform to liberal mindsets. There is no freedom of speech, feelings or ideas. Only foreigners and black people can speak up or get raises they don't deserve or qualify for, just to meet criteria and keep it "equitable"

Everyone is treated respectfully, and given every opportunity to "own" part of their process.

The most positive culture and environment is, inclusiveness. Everyone is included, there are few to no racial tensions, no age issues, no ethnicity or religion issues. From time to time we experience division among the shifts or should I say among those with more time in the workplace issues.

Committment to safety-- we are working with electric materials and high voltages. There are checks and balances to make sure we aren't doing anything reckless, which matters a lot when considering that we're developing consumer products.

There is a lot of culture involving a lot of get-togethers and fun outside of work, so if you are an extrovert there is a lot of culture outside of work for you to attend, but if you're an introvert there is a lor for you not to do as-well because they don't look st you any differently for not.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Make lower level employees feel valued

Better balance between work and home life

Senior leadership needs to address the functions issues and know its not going away, just the good people are and therefore step in and have an intervention.Ask the non leads how it is and whats been happening.

Help the people get promoted

Dollow their own polocies/ statements

People need to get off their phones and laptops and do their jobs. These are lazy people that spend their days on social media and stand around and scheme to make others lives miserable.

Stop laying off the people who understand the systems. Especially, since you are making $12B. Managers used the salaried reduction to get rid of people they did not like while keeping contact employees.

Too much conflict between mgmt and members. Too much conflict between members. Some way some how we all need to come together on the same page and treat each other with dignity and respect. Management needs to quit being so hard-nosed and be more flexible. Members need to stop being obstinate.

Middle Management needs to have manage more time to execute the visions, goals and directives from the leadership team. Employees should be able to openly discuss the positive and negatives of projects and not be punished for speaking up.
