There is a lot of culture involving a lot of get-togethers and fun outside of work, so if you are an extrovert there is a lot of culture outside of work for you to attend, but if you're an introvert there is a lor for you not to do as-well because they don't look st you any differently for not.
Committment to safety-- we are working with electric materials and high voltages. There are checks and balances to make sure we aren't doing anything reckless, which matters a lot when considering that we're developing consumer products.
The most positive culture and environment is, inclusiveness. Everyone is included, there are few to no racial tensions, no age issues, no ethnicity or religion issues. From time to time we experience division among the shifts or should I say among those with more time in the workplace issues.

Too much conflict between mgmt and members. Too much conflict between members. Some way some how we all need to come together on the same page and treat each other with dignity and respect. Management needs to quit being so hard-nosed and be more flexible. Members need to stop being obstinate.
