It is clear that everyone is aligned with the same goals in mind.

I appreciate how understanding they are of the need for work/life balance. I appreciate that they live out our company values (HOAGIES) and that they encourage and reward autonomy, initiative, growth, and respectful community.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I'm paid fairly

The best part about the compensation is that Faithlife increased the salary in order to cover the cost of health insurance. I truly believe that management strives to do what is fair and to take care of its people.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love working with smart people. This is the thing that attracted me to Faithlife in the first place and is still true 7 years later.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that the most positive thing is the good rapport. We joke around and enjoy one another; we innovate and inspire one another; we practice honesty and avoid badmouthing each other. It's a really healthy culture!
