What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process is fairly fine.

It's a thorough process with clear communication.

Review from Product Dept

The speed, and the number of people I was able to connect with.

Review from Product Dept

The ability to negotiate a benefits package.

Talking personally with the CEO as part of the screening process. At that time, the company was about a third the size that is now, but still big enough that it meant a lot for the CEO to do that.

Excellent communication from the hiring manager who also kept me informed about the timeline and next steps.

Review from Marketing Dept

The interviewers were personable. It was a fun experience.

Review from Engineering Dept

The steps of the interview process were very clear.

Review from Engineering Dept

Quite a bit longer than other interview processes I've done in the past, but it did give me a substantially more opportunities to ask questions of different people about what the company and work environment is like.

Lunch, to learn about the interviewers and culture

It challenged me to really think

Review from Sales Dept

Very professional and was easy to get a long with the manager

Review from Customer Support Dept

Meeting the CEO and learning about the history of the company.

Review from Executive Dept

I quickly developed a positive rapport with my interviewers and was able to solve the technical problems I was presented with.

Review from Engineering Dept

I liked that they took me to lunch and let me ask them a bunch of questions. They emphasized that lunch was for me to ask them questions, that they wouldn't ask me any questions until after lunch. It really put me at ease and I was more comfortable for the rest of the interview.

Review from Engineering Dept

Meeting multiple interviewers and the time that I got to ask them questions about my position.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It was fairly short because I was able to skip some steps.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

There was some last minute rescheduling and late calls made by the employer. I wasn't sure if they were taking the process seriously at one point, but I'm glad I pushed past that minor inconvenience and continued through the process!
