I think the best attribute about our leadership is that they are focused on our BU needs first (what it takes to "win"), then focused on the company as a whole (how we all fit and work together to achieve greatness)

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I guess I dont really think of the benefits/compensation pieces individually, but rather as a whole. Its a "package" and that is what makes it attractive. There are all kinds of offers for everyone's different stage of life.

Salaries and bonus structure outside of SF are not as competitive.
