What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co-worker is allowed to get away with being out of the office, vacation exceeding work production, and isn't a team player, yet mgmt approves all their requests and then others can't be out.

Many coworkers are hyper competitive and worried more about their image and moving up instead of doing a thorough job for customers. They choose to do what they think will make them look best in any situation with the least amount of effort rather than focusing on the job to be done.

We really struggle with meetings - we have tons of them & they are very rarely effective. If we mastered the art of creating meeting agendas & sticking to them, we'd be much more effective & work would be much more enjoyable.
