It was very thorough, and even though most of the manager I interviewed with were remote, they arranged an in-person interview at the local office so I could meet peers and get a sense of the culture, which I felt was very helpful.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Move things at any rate faster than the current snail pace! Be transparent about decisions, skills and hiring priorities. Give candidates feedback on time. Promote ethical culture while interviewing.
