Leadership is detached from the reality of what is happening at the lower levels of the company. Employees are burnt out, struggling for recognition and not being heard. Too many people who don't do our job are making decisions on how the job should be done. We are losing top talent because of this

Hiring and promotions within the company are not equal or fair, and efforts to expand to traditional pools are only surface level appearances that are not part of daily practices. Reorgs are made without consideration to impact on ICs or long term vision and prioritize the promotion of leadership.
