Product quolity is too much lower than other cloud vendors. Too many regression was reported as per maintenace or upgrde. We should forcus on product quolity because if customer disapoint our products, they will never choose our products again.

Diversify benefits/perks. Right now there are a lot of great benefits for parents (especially with young kids), but it would be great to see more perks for people who don't have kids (expand wellness benefits, pets, commuter, etc.).
