I'm incredibly excited to work at HubSpot. I believe in our mission and how we execute this. There are some problems, lack of vision for my department and lack of career growth in my department, but my direct manager would walk through fire for me. Overall, it's been super positive.

Overall my experience has been positive, but I do have strong concerns about the future of my department. Our lack of a (experienced) CIO, and a PMO, are going to have negative ripple effects on the rest of the company if they continue to be absent.

There should be implementing better benefits such as 401k match, health insurance is pricey compared to other markets, and salaries are lower as well

My RSUs have been really appreciated as our stock has done well, but I do hope to see a salary pay raise in Q1'22 that accounts for recent inflation.

No bonuses tied to performance and everyone was recently shown where in the pay range they are and despite experience and years in a role, most people I've heard from are in the bottom section of this range. Also Paternity leave lags behind other similar companies.

I think the pay is very good for my role but I do more - good enough for me not to leave but not good enough for the work I do. Change job title to what I really do , alignment with the correct organization so I can take advantage of the leadership decisions and better pay

I am underpaid in my industry, and the director of my department sees all talent as replaceable - and this is widely known. I am completely overworked and doing senior and manager level work as an associate. I do not believe my department promotes fairly. I have no agency to negotiate.

Jumping ship could net me a 20%-ish raise. I view HubSpot giving me more money as external validation that they want me to stay. I'm thirsting for the external validation.

The Culture team works hard to put out a lot of great programming that I'm sure most of the company appreciates - however, the culture of involvement, activities, recognition, rewards, extra curricular events, etc, doesn't permeate past our executive & VP, so our team feels excluded & short changed.
