I feel that I belong to a great company, I feel heard and also motivated to do my best and learn as much as possible. One item I will improve is information is scattered and it is hard to find what you are looking for

I enjoyed having the RSU, sign on bonus, the option to purchase stocks at a lower price

Being able to contribute to my team success, learn more about existing processes, interact with my team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusion culture, put employees first, walk the talk, care about mental health and making sure employees are not burned and tired
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There should be implementing better benefits such as 401k match, health insurance is pricey compared to other markets, and salaries are lower as well
