Our leadership team actually act on feedback. They listen to what we need and put us first. We had some tricky situations due to Covid and the leadership team bent over backwards to make sure we all had what we needed to thrive in our jobs.

It was very personalised, and the recruiters were all very professional and helpful in addressing questions and making sure the experience was smooth
