My coworkers were great at training me and enjoyable. We all had common grievances about how the gym was run and how the managers treated us.

I enjoy talking to the customers, the people who attend planet fitness are genuinely wonderful!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management is no good high very very high turnover no one stays longer than I don't know maybe 7 at the most before the most part everyone quits very high turnover from one of the pay is not enough and then you have to take a test just to get a raise when most jobs just automatic give to you
