What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Straight forward approach with staff updating data analytics to measure what is important revise client surveys so it focuses on positives.

Communication and motivation within our district. We had no communication during tax season. Did not know if I was going good or bad. My status were never mentioned to me. Our manager did not speak with us and our DGM would not talk to us at all.

I have none. I had to use my sick pay hours to cover for my quarantine because I had no short disability that would by for my time not being able to work and had not clue on how to enroll because this was never an option to me.

As co worker we help each other with our knowledge at time of need, because management has no clue on taxes.
