Review from Customer Success Dept
Interaction with my district manager and learning new tax instructions
Interview was great you can ask questions and get answers it's wonderful
Not enough communication about the following steps.
That we could do it virtual
Do you mean other than HR Block? My other company interview process was comfortable and the interviewer seemed to care about the overall work environment.
it was short and to the point

Wowing others as well as showing I can WOW others
It was pretty informal and i had pleanty of options to ask questions. He was prepared with answers and looked up specifics for answers he didnt have off the top of his head. I left knowing i was hired and my rate of pay as well as when to expect my paid training schedule
The training was good, great instructor.
it sounded positve and aligned with my person work ethis and approach

Meeting virtually with diverse group
The ability to understand the hiring process or next stages for my position
Honestly, I didn't really have an interview process. I had been spending time with the owner for a few years and had recommended some other people to work there cause I thought it was a good opportunity and this time my turn came around and I joined the team Stephanie as fast as I could.
the interaction with the person doing the interview
Review from Operations Dept
I was able to meet with different people I was going to work with.
What I liked most about the interview process is that it was very convenient--time and place.
Review from Operations Dept
It was professional and not tense
Interview before giving the job offer
Maybe they should spend more time with the interviews
as a seasonal employee, I have to undergo the same routine every year. nothing changes, but here we are.
I messed up the interview with the onboarding. Interview was fine but the onboarding leaves ALOT to be desired. I am not a computer whizz and I think this is the job of the personnel department.
Because i am contract worker, I have had to apply and be hired up to 3 times a year to keep my job, even though I am considered a twenty year employee.
Onboarding has glitches and sometimes we lose applicants because of this- can take 3 weeks
No corporate personal leave us the wa we were
To have an interview and not just an email to do onboarding.

Listening and keeping your word on what you said the first time you speak with someone. My interview process was, do this and that. Ok I am going to place you here, see on at the beginning. Did not have a chance to say or do.

It's more about favoritism than actual background and ability.
Review from Customer Support Dept
If they would focus more on the people and less on the revenue. They treat their workers like $$ cows and give very little in the way of compensation
Review from Customer Support Dept
Have single person interviews also. Instead of group ones only
