For seasonal associate? None. I am unaware of what benefits are available to full-time or corporate employees.

Training is unpaid.
No integrity. All corporate cares about is the bottom line.

Take their basic tax course and get hired on as a tax pro; that way you have your foot in the door. Block tends to hire from within their ranks, as opposed to hiring people off the street.

This is based on performance, clientele and education level
Based certification level. Commission driven.
It don't they will give you a raise one year and then the next year they take you down to 7.25 an hour that is against the law but block still does it

Extremely difficult. Don't expect to have a life during tax season.

How does H&R Block handle HR issues?
Through the corporate office in Kansas City.
It depends on the nature of the infraction. There is almost always a report submitted. Then an HR Rep is assigned to gather facts of the situation by interviewing related people. Documents and emails etc may also be included for review. Then a decision is made and discussed with stakeholders. That decision is then communicated outbound to affected parties.
