They now only care about selling the "extras" that you add on to the price of the tax return

No company outings paid for by corporate office. They do not recognize the hard work of the people in the field. Some Office Managers do have end of the season gatherings for their teams

You are furloughed every year and have to reapply. They won't rehire you if you didn't perform up to expectation the year before.
What kind of interview questions do they ask when hiring someone in the Customer Support department at H&R Block?
The interview questions for me were pretty standard. The key question is, "what does customer service mean to you?" I answered that I know I have provided good customer service if the client is smiling when I'm done. I got the job.

I would make it better and get rid of the people who act like they don't have manners and that be stealing from the company
