Reviews are nonsense. No equity compensation anymore. No career development or promotions/raises with any frequency.
The compensation of early employees does not compare to what managers and directors, who are often hired externally, enter with now.

Many engineers don't respect the processes that exist and insist on separate norms and structures
They don't really care about one another or the company. Not a lot of company unity between team members, or teams, or departments.
