Promoting more people from within the ranks. Check for loyalty and tenure and reward them. Build them up, help them climb the corporate ladder and not get someone from the outside corporate world because someone knows them.

The LN CEO and senior leaders must remember the value that the staff brings to the company. LN is losing a lot of employees because they prioritize AI, and different innovation projects. While I understand that those can keep us competitive, LN leaders lost sight of the contributions of the staff.

I am being paid an extremely low salary, in addition to that there is no bonus being provided if certain targets are met. What would make me feel better is if we were provided with an actual pay rise and not what lexisnexis call a pay rise of 1.52%.

LN is very pretentious about valuing its people, but they need to do more to make the people "FEEL" that they are valued. LN sends company-wide recognitions, but it is never enough. The leaders are driven by their budget and will disregard the complaints of the staff about insufficient salary.

Pay could be better. There are some Xenophobic customers that make me nervous about answering the phone. If those customers are dissatisfied about us not being American, we are told that we can handle the situation better, even though we cannot change our nationality.
