Just returned from 4 months of parental leave which was a gift, and I have returned refreshed and ready to get back to work. I do love how thorough the package is though from parental care, to health care, to education (LOVE the book compensation)... just that it covers a lot.

I feel undervalued and not recognized. I perform well at this company, and have often exceeded the expectations in my role. The transition of different HR programs/deployment of new review cycles impacted many peoples salary. I wont see pay adjustments until nearly 2 years of being employed here.

I've been a the company for a long time and have been on a few different teams. Instead of looking at everything I've done, it seems like anytime I'm part of a new team, although it is framed as a "great opportunity" it feels like I have to basically start over. And the great opp = Lateral move
