Structure and support but not micro-managed. Clear growth goals, always learning from others, nice space to work in (London office), flexible work from home working, great team events, great snacks, central london location which I can cycle to.

Clear roles & responsibilities are required for each level. Projects and assignments are taken just on a 'who has any bandwith to tackle this?' basis. It makes for a very stressful environment as you never feel like there is enough time to achieve your job.

I've come on in the last year or so and anyone tenured rebuffs any feedback I have on Klaviyo as "this is the way things are and you're new"
We're trying to be ambitious and collaborative. It's hard to balance those things and we over-index on ambition.
