All top talent and willing to be a team player
Review from Operations Dept
Competitive compensation including better equity, better pay, and bonuses. More transparency with leadership - QA's don't answer questions but C-suite beats around the bush all the time it's frustrating. RETAIN CURRENT EMPLOYEES!!! don't pay new employees better - treat current employees better

But the way and timing of your work is largely driven by you, as long as you're meeting your overall deadlines and objectives.
