We have many events and get to socialize with each other which is nice. Also everyone is super nice!
I've been a the company for a long time and have been on a few different teams. Instead of looking at everything I've done, it seems like anytime I'm part of a new team, although it is framed as a "great opportunity" it feels like I have to basically start over. And the great opp = Lateral move
