What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Look critically at the work and plan. Being reactionary means teams are working 80 hours a week and burning out. And the work isn't always smart/impactful. It's typically a band-aid or knew-jerk reaction.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is lower than other similar companies and we have no bonuses

Its consistently a stressful environment with a heavy "hurry up and wait" atmosphere. I have yet to have a conversation around what potential bonuses for hitting targets could look like, or how to discuss compensation when I'm eligible. More clarity is needed and would be greatly appreciated here.

At the director level, things don't seem very collaborative. Not sure if it's because everyone is so busy but it definitely doesn't feel like we're all on the same team.
