The values, without a doubt. It's something I highlight when interviewing candidates. We not only talk the talk, but walk the walk.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fairly new, but we have great leadership and a desire to have a strong impact. We're anchored by a member who has been with the firm for 18 months and we help educate the rest of the team with that historical knowledge.
