Setting clear, realistic and achievable goals and following through on them. Provide greater transparency to rank and file. Think more critically about the impact of organizational changes. Provide more support for teams which are not directly engaged on priorities but which are required.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
High cash salary with very competitive RSU grant

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You made comp adjustments, and moved many employees to the mid-point of the new range, even those higher than the midpoint. This artificially reduced salary of existing employees against new hires, who almost always come in over mid. It's been over a year and nobody has owned getting this fixed.

Total comp is out of line with the market. No flexibility to choose between options and base. Comp philosophy does not reflect what Jenny tells the company it is - you do not get proportionally more equity as you move up in title. Titles at Klvyo are deflated and people team IGNORES ?s about it

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is great at what they do, open minded and humble, very smart and experts in their domain, and highly collaborative. I have yet to encounter anyone who is satisfied with mediocrity
